CNC TRAINING

Vikriya is providing Training in CNC Programming for both Turning and Milling using German Vocational Syllabus. German Expert visits us from time to time to review and update the Course and Training Methods.

Theory includes study of Parts of CNC Machine, Maintenance, Tools, Materials, Measuring Instruments and finally in depth Training in Programming to produce a Part. The Programming Course is conducted with the help of Fully Licensed Fanuc Controller Software for Programming and Simulation. The Students are taught to write a Program without and with the Software for making Parts which can be exported to the CNC Machine for actual manufacture of the Part.

The Students undergo Hands on Training in CNC Machines to produce the Parts.

The total Course duration is 40/80/120 Hours in Turning & Milling for Basic, Intermediate and Advanced respectively

Our Batch Size is maximum of 15 which enables personalised attention and Guidance to Students. The course can be flexibly timed according to the requirements of the students. Additionally Hostel Facilities for students at an additional cost.
